The target rockets CER-160TR, 500TR and 1200TR could be delivered for civilian applications.

in the case of CER-160, the applications could be scientific research or recreational activities;

in the case of CER-500, the applications could be scientific research and recreational high altitude launches, as well as booster and first stage for suborbital rockets;
-
in the case of CER-1200, the applications could be scientific research and recreational high altitude launches, as well as booster and first stage for both suborbital and orbital launchers.

The prices for the civilian applications are similar with the ones of military applications.
