Personal Electric Hover Vehicle

Hover across any terrain or water with a vehicle once thought impossible to build.
The ArcaBoard introduced a fundamental shift in personal mobility, a revolutionary breakthrough designed to give individuals total freedom of hover transportation.

Overview
The ArcaBoard is a personal hover vehicle powered by 36 high-power electric ducted fans (EDFs) generating 200 kgf (430 lbs) of thrust. Equipped with an integrated stabilization unit, the platform maintains active equilibrium across various operational conditions. Control and navigation can be executed directly via smartphone interface, or switched to manual body-steering mode for direct physical piloting.

Advanced Composite Structure
-
Aerospace-Grade Materials: Built entirely from high-strength, lightweight composite materials to ensure extreme structural rigidity while housing 36 electric motors, power controllers, and battery packs.
-
Ultra-Lightweight Frame: The empty composite frame weighs just 10 kg (22 lbs).
-
Thermal Management: Housing 203 kW (272 hp) in a slim profile requires aggressive heat dissipation. An integrated forced-air cooling system protects internal electronics during high-output operations.

High-Density Distributed Electric Propulsion
-
Sub-System Integration: EDFs, motor controllers, and lithium battery banks occupy 90% of the internal volume.
-
Multi-Engine Redundancy: Utilizing 36 independent ducted fans creates a fail-safe power architecture. In the event of individual motor or battery failures, remaining units automatically compensate to maintain stable hover operation and allow safe descent.

Total Mobility
Omnidirectional Hover: Complete freedom of movement across all surface vectors, unconstrained by roads, tracks, or terrain types.
