This document sets the framework for organizing private teams in the ArcaBoard World Championship, defining the six essential departments, from executive management and pit lane race operations to technical strategy, the pilot roster, logistics, and public relations. The directive provides flexibility through an 11-person minimum configuration while ensuring rigorous standards for performance and safety, while fully adhere to the budget limits (Cost Cap).
