ArcaSpace officially announces the release of the foundational document ABWC-GOV-2026-01 (ABWC Organisational Governance Structure), establishing the institutional, operational, and technical structure for the ArcaBoard World Championship. Drafted according to the highest international motorsport standards, the act defines the separation of powers, departmental duties, and safety responsibilities specific to the ArcaBoard 2 electric ground-effect racing vehicle championship.
The championship’s organisational architecture is structured across 5 major departments:
1. Executive Department (Corporate & Commercial): Led by the Office of the President and the Executive Board, managing corporate governance, media/TV licensing, commercial partnerships, legal matters, human resources, and the Team & Pilot Entry Office.
2. Engineering & Manufacturing Division: Responsible for R&D, ArcaBoard 2 vehicle architecture, avionics/electric propulsion integration, composite structure manufacturing, and factory validation testing at Cosmobaza.
3. ABWC Technical and Sporting Commission: The sporting and technical governance commission. Includes the Licensing Bureau (Squadron N10), Technical Commission (homologation and timing systems), Sporting Commission (supreme arbitration), Cost Cap Commission (budget cap), and Safety Commission.
4. Reserve Teams Department: Coordinates factory technical logistics, vehicle structure preparation, propulsion, reserve battery packs, telemetry systems, and reserve/test pilots.
5. Race Operations Department: Manages the direct execution of race events. Comprises the Race Director, Panel of Stewards, Medical Service (CMO), Safety & Civil Protection Department, as well as circuit setup, paddock logistics, track marshals, and Live TV/telemetry production teams.
The release of document ABWC-GOV-2026-01 marks the transition to the operational preparation stage for racing circuits and pilot selection for Squadron N10 for the inaugural competition season.
