⚠️ BREAKING NEWS: The New ABWC Team Organizational Chart: "Factory-Backed, Private Management" Structure

The minimum and optimal team structure for a private ABWC Season 1 entry has been officially updated through the new technical and operational directive.

The new official directive establishes the structural and operational framework for the teams that will line up the world's first ground-effect vehicles at the start of the ArcaBoard World Championship (ABWC).

Defined by the championship's core philosophy - "Factory-backed teams, private management" - this structure combines private entrepreneurial freedom with full technical and logistical factory support provided by ArcaSpace.

The official document clearly outlines the division of responsibilities:

  • Private Management (Executive & PR): Private teams hold total autonomy over business strategy, visual identity (name, colors, logo), attracting local sponsorships, and public communications. The mandatory core starts with a minimum of 2 personnel (Team Principal and PR Manager), with the flexibility to expand through dedicated executive roles (CEO, COO, Videographer, Photographer).

  • Factory Support (Pilots, Strategy & Servicing): To guarantee absolute equality of opportunity and the highest safety standards, ArcaSpace provides the critical technical foundation. Each team is supplied with a Main Pilot and a Reserve Pilot (from the pool of factory-licensed pilots), a dedicated Race Strategist/Engineer, and a specialized factory servicing crew that handles all vehicles.

This unique architecture eliminates the financial barriers associated with hardware development and mechanical logistics, allowing privately managed teams to focus exclusively on performance, image, and the fight for the world title.
