The strategic conversion of the aerospace industrial infrastructure at Cosmobaza to support the ArcaBoard World Championship (ABWC) is underway.
The Streaming & TV Broadcast Control Room, as well as the Race Control Center for the ArcaBoard World Championship, will be housed inside the spherical fuel tanks of the Haas 1 rocket.
đź”´ Streaming & TV Broadcast Room: Control from the 2.7-Meter Sphere
The Command and Control Center used for testing rocket engines at Cosmobaza, built inside a 2.7-meter diameter sphere, will become the central hub for live streaming and TV broadcasts.
Equipped with an ergonomic 4-seat interior configuration and digital interfaces, this sphere will host the mobile broadcast control unit. From here, the production team will coordinate video feeds from over 20 track cameras, tracking drone signals, and real-time telemetry overlays (speed, altitude above the track, ArcaBoard 2 battery levels, and onboard feeds).
đź”´ Race Control & Officiating: The 3.4-Meter Tank Becomes the Decision Hub
For race supervision and pilot safety, ArcaSpace has allocated the largest spherical tank from the Haas program, measuring 3.4 meters in diameter. With a generous interior space comfortable for 6 people, this structure becomes the official headquarters for Race Control.
The 3.4m sphere will house the Race Director, the Board of Stewards, the CCTV monitoring technical team, and safety officials. From inside the reconditioned tank, stewards can analyze track incidents frame-by-frame, manage warnings, and enforce competition regulations in a fully soundproofed and technologically optimized environment.
