This never-before-published footage depicts the test to check the viability of deploying a cluster of weather balloons in order to lift heavier payloads into the stratosphere. One of the test procedure involved busting one of the balloons in close proximity of another two balloons from the same level to check the burst influence on the nearby balloons.
The procedure took place on May 8, 2013, the Vâlcea County.
The procedure was filmed with a Canon 5D II, HX-A1s, HFs10, HF200 and Sony Xperia Z, in full HD. The full HD footage was upscaled to 4K.
